Cookie Policy

    1. About this Policy

This Policy explains how GMD SOLUTIONS DOO BEOGRAD-NOVI BEOGRAD (“GMD”) uses cookies, local storage, session storage and similar browser technologies on gmdhub.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

A cookie is a small text file stored by a website in your browser. Local and session storage are browser mechanisms that can store limited information without using a cookie.

    2. Storage used by this website

    NameType and purposeTypical duration
gmd_cookie_consent_v1Necessary local storage that records whether analytics was accepted or rejected.Until you change the choice, clear browser data, or GMD replaces the consent version.
gmd_intent_* and lastVisited*Session storage used to remember the type, slug, path, title and visit time of a GMD page or topic so a contact enquiry or newsletter source can contain relevant context. For the current browser session; normally removed when the tab or browser session ends.
gmd.sidStrictly necessary, secure administrative session cookie. It is used only for the restricted GMD administration area, not for public visitor tracking.Up to 7 days; HttpOnly, Secure in production and SameSite=Lax.
_ga, _ga_*Optional Google Analytics 4 cookies used to distinguish visits and produce aggregated traffic statistics.Typically up to 2 years, subject to Google configuration and browser controls.

    3. Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), provided by Google LLC, is used only after you select “Accept analytics”. It helps us understand page visits, traffic sources, device categories and whether a contact form was submitted successfully. The event does not include the name, email address, telephone number or free-text message entered in the form.

Before consent, analytics storage is denied and the GA4 script is not loaded. Advertising storage, ad user data, ad personalisation and remarketing remain disabled. Public admin routes are excluded from page-view tracking. GMD configures GA4 with IP anonymisation; Google may nevertheless process technical and usage data under its own terms.

    4. Consent and changing your choice

Analytics is optional and disabled by default. Rejecting it does not affect the essential operation of the public website. Use the “Cookie settings” control displayed on the website to accept or reject analytics at any time. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not automatically delete cookies already stored in your browser; those can be removed using browser controls.

    5. External content and third-party websites

The Contact page does not load the Google Maps frame automatically. It connects to Google Maps only when you select “Load Google Map”. Opening Google Maps, Calendly, LinkedIn, Trusty or another external link takes you to a service with its own cookies and privacy settings. GMD does not control storage set on those third-party websites.

    6. Browser controls

Most browsers allow you to inspect, block and delete cookies and site storage. Blocking all browser storage may prevent consent preferences and certain necessary functions from working as expected. Google also provides information in its Privacy Policy.
