    2. Scope and acceptance

    These Terms govern access to and use of the public GMD website. By using the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

    3. Purpose of the website

    The website presents GMD’s B2B capabilities, markets, projects, insights and contact channels relating to promotional prize games, loyalty and engagement programmes, communications, technology and compliance support. It is intended primarily for organisations and professional users.

    Website content is general information only. Market and regulatory content does not constitute legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice and should not replace a review of a specific campaign by qualified advisers in the relevant jurisdiction.

    4. Enquiries and business relationships

    Sending a contact form, subscribing to updates, requesting a meeting or corresponding with GMD does not by itself create a client, agency, partnership or other contractual relationship. Any engagement, deliverables, fees, responsibilities and service levels must be agreed separately in writing.

    You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through the website is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Please do not send confidential campaign data, special-category personal data, credentials or information that is not needed for the initial enquiry.

    5. Acceptable use

    You must not use the website to:

    • violate applicable law or the rights of GMD or another person;
    • submit false, misleading, unlawful, harmful or unsolicited content;
    • send spam, phishing material, malware or automated abusive requests;
    • attempt to bypass security, access restricted areas or interfere with operation;
    • scrape, copy or reuse substantial website content without lawful authority; or
    • misrepresent an affiliation with GMD.

    6. Intellectual property

    Unless stated otherwise, the website, its design, text, graphics, software, GMD marks and original materials are owned by or licensed to GMD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and make limited internal copies for legitimate business evaluation. No other licence is granted.

    Client names, logos, campaign materials and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed only where GMD has a lawful basis to do so.

    7. Accuracy and availability

    GMD aims to keep the website useful and current, but does not warrant that all content is complete, error-free or continuously available. Laws, official guidance, market practices and third-party information may change. GMD may update, suspend or remove website content or functionality without prior notice.

    8. External services and links

    The website may link to or, at your request, load services operated by third parties, including Calendly, Google Maps, LinkedIn and Trusty. Those services apply their own terms and privacy notices. GMD does not control their content, security or availability and a link does not amount to an endorsement of all third-party content.

To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, GMD excludes implied warranties relating to the public website and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website or a third-party service.

    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or other liability protected by mandatory law. Separate written agreements govern liability for contracted GMD services.

    GMD may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, business practices or legal requirements. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.

    12. Governing law and jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Courts with subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction in Belgrade shall have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
